Luciferus_triumphare_V1 and 2

"Luciferus Triumphare" or translated from Latin "Lucifer Triumphant" or out plainly.."sometimes the bad guy wins".This was one in one motion with no erasing..if you look at it closely,you can still see the pencil outlines of the piece before i darkened it.

Overall i liked the piece but wondering if i should have done it A3 size instead.The wings weren't as detailed for this piece coz i didn't want to have the audiences eyes travel all over the place to find the focal point. Please note..this picture isn't for the theologically narrow-minded..LOL

There's 2 versions of this which i scanned.This was done Black and white while V2 was done in greyscale then darkened somemore in photoshop.

Thanks to Dragon Paragon for reminding how long it was since my last drawing..LOL.

And its November...that was quick.

Ah yes,its that close to being the end of the year.Gratefully,there's a few holidays this month which fall on a Monday or Friday..woohoo!!Been doing some drawings and posting them up but mostly alot of pencil work.Sigh..slow going on everything else.Work's quiet so i can maybe some art out and post them here.

Overall,its been a good month or start of it.I have a friend getting married and another heading of to work overseas..i'll miss him and can't say i'm not envious and i have admit to asking...Him/Her...what about me.Been buying Bionicles(yes,i collect them..problem with that?) left,right and center and just started playing Dragon Age:Origins..damn,Bioware is good.Their storyline just at the start of the game is intriguing so say the least.Reminds me alot of Neverwinter Nights 1 in terms of atmosphere and ambiance.

Anytime:)Nothing much..just finished up some work projects and slwoly going back to drawings..though looking at really good art can demoralize me..lol

Looking at really good art shouldn't demoralize you! It should inspire you!

Man you got the talent! Go wit it. Look at that really good artwork and get inspired and put the ideas on paper my man!
